No credit card data entry fields – massive card icons.

    Hi,

    Just setting up new site and impressed by the capabilities of your plugin. I have a custom checkout page I have created using Elementor Pro / Woolementor v1.5.1 Pro plugins. There are no credit card data entry fields visible and the card card icons are massive!. WooCommerce setting confirm good connection to Stripe.

    I have run through the troubleshooting steps https://help.codexpert.io/docs/woolementor/my-checkout-page-isnt-working/ and this is fine.

    I don’t really know how to progress this and hope you can help please?

    Hi @aprpac,

    The reason you are seeing style issue on your checkout page is because the required css and js files for the Stripe plugin are not being included on the checkout page.

    Those scripts are enqueued in the standard way recommended by WordPress so it looks like how you have configured your elementor checkout page is preventing the scripts from being loaded.

    I would recommend reaching out to their support team and showing them the issue where the scripts aren’t being loaded. They will hopefully have seen the behavior before and have some recommendations.
