The featured member on the front page seems stuck

What shortcode are you referring to?
Can you please clarify what settings do you have in your directory settings?
Please attach the screenshots if possible.
Unfortunately, it’s not possible to remove “inactive users” in the current version of the plugin.

You’ll find that rendered shortcode on the home page https://astw.org.au/ under “Featured Member” section at the bottom and it always show Jacinta Bonus
