Multiple Add-ons that add to the total price dynamically?

Hello,

I have some products that have some add-on accessories, I want the customer to be able to choose each add-on, and with each add-on chosen, that would add to the total base price dynamically.

For example,

I have a car part that is a base of $200

The customer can choose an “Air Filter” accessory add-on for $20 dollars which would increase the price to $220.

They could then also add a second “Air Lid” accessory if they so choose for $30, which would increase the total price to $250 (with the combination of the 2 addons).

Can I do this by creating variable products?
