Creating a BLOG page in addition to setting as homepage

Hello – I love using this theme so much, kudos!!! I currently have the homepage set as my BLOG, but I would also like another PAGE to link to the BLOG section as shown here: https://jennaalexandrafit.com/wp-admin/customize.php?url=http%3A%2F%2Fjennaalexandrafit.com%2F

Is there a way to do this?

Also, I would like to remove the “MAIN MENU” title from the hamburger nav bar in mobile view just to simplify things – Is there a way to do this?
