Question about loop in mainindex.php

  • Hi I am working on a theme calling in the header, sidebar and footer. However when I call in the content or post, I want it to be in a particular white box seen here: https://www.divinepresents.com

    My main index looks like this

    I want the post material to show up within the textarea. My question is how do I do this. I do I make sure that when the post shows up, it is within the text area and maintains the look I have set up in the css.
