Desktop computers display the correct price £131, but MOBILE devices display the wrong price of £109.17

They should be the same price. (All other prices are different on mobiles too).

    Any ideas what is wrong?

    Hi there,

On my desktop, I’m seeing the following:

Just to make sure, are you logged in on WordPress while looking at the prices on your desktop? I’m asking as the disparity might be explained by any of the either caching or taxes (where the taxes are matched against the billing/shipping address of the logged-in user).

    Hiya,

    Thank you for your help!

I think you are right. When NOT logged in it displays £109.17, but when logged in it displays the correct price.

So the mobile aspect is a red herring as my mobile wasn’t logged in.

How do I fix the problem?

Using your logic I have found the way to fix it.

Setting WooCommerce > Tax > “Calculate tax based on”

    from “Customer shipping address”

    To “Shop base address”

Has fixed the problem. Presumably it wasn’t adding VAT until it knew where the customer was living.
