I love the plugin but it seems to conflict with the Nivo Slider. The slider should slide left every few seconds. Once we added Optimole the slider now bounces, slides, and adds a grey “placeholder” type box. So far it appears to be a JavaScript conflict.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

CORRECTION: The slider should fade in and out, not slide.

    Hello,

I’ve checked the page you have submitted and I can see that sliders behave the same even with Optimole disabled.

Can you confirm by adding this: ?optml_off=true to the end of the URL?
    Is there something I’m missing?
    Let me know, thank you!

    Thank you.
The way the site looks adding ?optml_off=true to the URL is how the slider should work.

If you go to the URL https://r2i2.org/ there is the weird issue where the slider bounces. It should not bounce up and down.

Couldn’t resolve at this time. Switched plugin because site is live and client needed it working immediately.

    Hello,

I understand, can you provide us with the name of the slider so we can check and try to improve compatibility in the future?
Or if you have a staging website where we can look, can you contact us directly at https://optimole.com/#contact

    Let us know, thank you!

Thanks. Just sent message. We went back to Optimole…because the speed is better than any plugin we’ve tried. Still having issue with homepage slider conflict.
