Prevent page from reloading after clicking “Subscribe”?/

    Is it possible to prevent the page from reloading after a user clicks the “Subscribe” button? In other words, is it possible to use AJAX for the form submission?

    Our MailChimp form is on an Elementor popup (modal), so the user can’t see the success message afterwards because the page refresh closes the modal.

    Hi,

    That is possible if you have our Premium add-on, as that comes with n AJAX submit feature.

    With the free version of the plugin a reload (normal form post) can’t be prevented. Maybe you can use our other plugin, Boxzilla, to create the popup and see if that works better for you? https://kb.mc4wp.com/pop-up-integration/
