Setting not opening

Please check at wp-admin -> WooCommerce -> Status -> Logs -> fatal_erros log -> is any error generated?

Also, check the Google Chrome Browser console, is there any JavaScript error happening to the site or not! (What is browser console – https://support.airtable.com/hc/en-us/articles/232313848-How-to-open-the-developer-console)

But this error is from very old date “2020-08-07”

Isn’t there any error from today’s data? You may check date wise logs from top right corner drop down.

But this is from “wcfm-log”, no “fatal-error” log there?

– Server responding with “500” error, so definitely there has some PHP errors.

If possible check directly from server’s PHP log.

I have updated the theme today but didnt update wordpress to 5.5.1 as the issue was from morning before updating the theme.

Also the setting page would open yesterday without any problem but i see some header menus instead of wcfm Setting page.

CAN we SCREENSHARE to solve the issue as I dont have much technical knowledge
