Cannot add Chinese products

  • When setting the gift rule, the Chinese product name cannot be recognized when setting the purchased product

    Are you inputting Traditional or Simplified Chinese? We performed quick testing for both languages: https://www.loom.com/share/268255e0b31448a088944391a1df983f

    During our testing we didn’t notice corrupted characters. Can you please provide us with more information about the Chinese product name not being recognized?

    Can you also provide us a screenshot of the UI showing the issue? And the characters not recognized. A screenshot will help us better understand and review the issue.
