Unable to install/create SSL certificate

    We have bought, downloaded and installed the WP Encryption – One Click SSL & Force HTTPS (Premium) add-on.

    It’s activated and we followed the steps to secure our site. Step 1 to 3 works, but step 4 gives below error (translated).

    “There was a problem generating SSL for your site. Study the complete answer below.”

    We don’t see any more informtion below concering this and are referred to open a new support-case on this forum. It doesn’t seem to work as expected – any recomendations, advice or help?

    @darxit Please make sure PRO license key is activated on ACCOUNT page of WP Encryption & please open a support ticket on our premium support forum gowebsmarty[dot]in with your site details.
