CDN integration with the PDA

    Hi. I have a question. If I use a CDN (Content Delivery Network) on my website, is there anything I should know when using your plugin? I did some research in your forums and knowledge base but could not find any related topic. I was wondering if I should exclude the path from CDN where my protected media files are located.

    Hi @reinaldudras,

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    If you’re using a CDN, what you need to do is to exclude our protected folder (_pda) from the CDN caching.

    That’s all you have to do.

    Please refer to this guide on how to exclude our _pda folder on Cloudflare.

    Please let us know if it makes sense to you.

    What CDN are you using, by the way?

    I’m using BunnyCDN. By the way, so for the information (can be beneficial to other users, too): The Prevent Image Hotlinking setting should be turned off when using CDN. I’ve tried it with CDN and it does not catch any images (even not the unprotected ones).
