Upgrade to new Version

    Hello

    My website mentioned below is using amp plugin and site is running fine.

    My Website

    Now i am getting upgrade notification for both amp and wordpress.

    Please advise if upgrading wordpress or amp plugin will impact by website.

    Do i need to make any other changes if i upgrade both wordpress and amp plugin.

  • Upgrading the AMP plugin is recommended to make use of various upgrades and fixes, you’ll find out more here. You won’t notice any differences in the front end of your site after upgrading although there are admin interface upgrades. If you have any queries or concerns after upgrading you can ask here and we’d be happy to assist.

    In relation to upgrading to the latest version of WordPress it’s always a good idea to check your existing plugins first, but keeping up to with the most stable WordPress version is considered best practice. The AMP plugin will work fine with the latest version.

    All you current AMP settings should remain intact.
