error in TimestampProperty.php

    when enabling wp-rss-aggregator the site fails and go into error mode.
    with this error:
    Fatal error: Namespace declaration statement has to be the very first statement or after any declare call in the script in /../web/wp-content/plugins/wp-rss-aggregator/src/Entities/Properties/TimestampProperty.php on line 3

    wp5.2 and same issue in wp5.5.1
    By disabling the plugin, site is working again.
