Question about making an order form

Ok so I have an order form where I want the person to be able to select from a drop down menu certain choices.

Say for instance they want to order a particular christmas basket which is on a page.

If whoever is using wordpress in the admin section, creates a page, i want that page to automatically show up in the list of the drop down menu when a buyer looks through the list. Does anyone understand what I mean or know how to do it ?
