I’ve tried the new Genesis Blocks plugins on my Navigation Pro.but the post grid looks different than the one I’m currently back again using with Atomic Blocks.

    Thanks for the report, @domaingood.

Genesis Blocks uses different CSS classes to Atomic Blocks. We are working on:

    • Updates to Navigation Pro and other themes with the new Genesis Blocks CSS. This will help new WordPress sites using Navigation to work with Genesis Blocks out of the box.
    • A migration wizard for Atomic Blocks to Genesis Blocks. This will help site owners with existing Atomic Blocks content to migrate to Genesis Blocks.

For now it’s fine to continue using Atomic Blocks with Navigation.

Will there be a list of child themes that are updated for Genesis Blocks or Genesis Blocks Pro? Will there be documentation on what rules are added so we can see what we need to add/replace/write so not to overwrite our own customizations?

@stinkykong Yes, we’ve documented the changes over here: https://developer.wpengine.com/genesis-blocks/migrating-from-atomic-blocks-pro-beta/. Specifically, check out the “Code Changes” section.

So far as I’m aware, there’s no master list of child themes that have been updated for Genesis Blocks. The Genesis Framework itself has been updated though.

I am not finding that my posts grid looks at all as it did prior to the migration. I can’t even SEE any other block options…it’s as if I am stuck with whatever I migrated with, however I have no controls for any of them. It is so frustrating. Is this alieviated if one buys the Genesis Blocks Pro?

I feel have been hoodwinked into upgrading.
