I still think this plugin is great. However, it doesn’t seem to work with forms that use pricing fields, whether or not the PayPal Add-On is activated.

After some experimentation on a very simple form, I found that when the form has standard fields in it, the entries download fine. As soon as I add a pricing field, this is what I get when using the entry download link.

Could you please take a look at it? I’d love to keep using the plugin. It’s been beautiful with our non-payment forms.

    Thanks, Jo

@jgmarshall You probably don’t have field splitting turned on. Which is no problem of course, but it is a short term solution. I’ve fixed the issue, and will release a patch. But if you are in a hurry, you can try that.

I’ll close this issue when the patch is released.

    Sorry for the inconvenience!

    Hi @jgmarshall,

I’ve just released 1.8.4. Could you update and try again? Should fix your problem. Please let me know if this worked for you.

    Hi Doeke,

I am so impressed by your quick reply and solution. It’s wonderful.

The solution worked — enabling the multiple field, and also removing the dollar sign for good measure. The multiple field would not have occurred to me, so that was most welcome.

Just went back tried the patch with my original settings, and it’s working perfectly.

    Thanks so much!!!

(I do love this plugin. It’s a great solution for me.)
