Block default directories not working

The block default directories feature is not working after update to wp 5.5.
I’ve set /modules for the plugins directory, and files can be accessed from both the modified and default urls.Report from gtmetrix:

https://www.example.com/modules/js_composer/assets/css/js_composer_tta.min.css
https://www.example.com/wp-content/plugins/js_composer/assets/css/js_composer_tta.min.cssI have reset all definitions, and created all of them again, but the problem persists.
