Review Page requires ReCaptcha? Missing

    Hi all,

    Using WordPress and WooCOmmerce plugin. I have 2 products in my ‘shop’

    New customers can create accounts and I have only customers that have brought the product allowed to write a review.

    However everytime a customer is logged in they can add the stars and type their review but when they click submit they receive this message.

    The reCAPTCHA wasn’t entered correctly. Please use your browsers back button and try again.

    No reCAPTCHA is present when they go to submit this review. This is now becoming frustrating as I am receiving positive feedback but they are unable to review?

    @yoyojammer Out of the box WooCommerce does not add reCAPTCHA to any forms or pages. You might want to review the plugins you have enabled to see which one might be adding that feature and confirm whether any tweaks can be done to remove that requirement from the page. If you can’t find any settings related to the review form, I’d recommend reaching out to the corresponding plugin developer for assistance.

    As this doesn’t relate directly to the a feature of the core WooCommerce plugin I will close this thread.
