Redirect only working on certain browsers

I have two pages that I am testing and both are having the same problem. I am trying to redirect the following pages:
https://citizenmoving.com/faq/
https://www.cleanupcali.com/workroom-marketingTo
https://www.workroommarketing.comI have tested with several browsers and the forward only seems to work on my mobile phone. I tested it on https://www.redirect-checker.org/ and it only shows the forward on certain agents.
Am I missing something?
