Yes it worked, but it took the speed-grade performance of my site down.

Then how can i keep my web performance from changing or dropping in the
speed score results and pop up. I’m temporarily using the default settings
and waiting for your decision.

You will need to do this in old-fashion way.

Now please import back your setting , and try disable options tab by tab , you will need to narrow out which options breaks it first.
