Incluir motopress slider solo en el home

Hi @dimned quisiera saber si ya existe alguna solución para el slider de motopress en el theme Palmeria que no estaba funcionando correctamente con wordpress 5.5.1. Ya tengo el sitio web funcionando y lo único que me falta es poder configurar el slider en el encabezado. Agradezco tu pronta respuesta. Mi sitio web es [ redundant link removed ]

Thanks for your question. We recommend to install Jquery Migrate Helper plugin as a temporary solution to be able to use Slider plugin successfully https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/

@dimnead agradezco tu colaboración en todo el proceso. Definitivamente no logro configurar el slider de motopress en el home, no soy muy experto en programación web pero si nos colaboraras a muchos con conocimiento básico en web, si hicieras un paso a paso desde cero como lo mencionaste en el post https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/change-the-hardware-pic-with-slider/page/2/.
Pienso que muchos deben tener el mismo problema y tu nueva instrucción seria de vital ayuda. Mi sitio web es [ redundant link removed ]

Hi @andresrivera,
Please follow the steps below:
1. You need to install Slider and create the slideshow you want to add to the header. (make sure this plugin is also installed on your site https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/ )

2. Download this child theme to your PC

3. unzip the archive and edit the following file \palmeria-child\template-parts\content-front-page.php

Find demo-slider-1 in the file and replace it with your slider alias. You may learn the alias of your slider alias within its settings.

4. Then create an archive with the \palmeria-child folder and the file you edited and install the child theme to your site via Appearance > Themes > Add New > Upload it and activate. That’s all.
