menu label change

    in the back-end, the menu items for Subscribe to Category are ‘Subscribe’ (settings) and ‘Subscribers’ (main)

    this can be a bit confusing when other subscription plugs are installed

    consider changing these labels to something more akin to the plugin name (STC, Subscribe to Category, Sub to Cat, etc.)
