Might just be a plugin doing this—as a matter of fact I bet it is.

I’m having the same problem on one of my sites and I don’t have any of the plugins listed on my site. Any suggestions?

Try deactivating all your plugins and see if it works.

If it does work, then reactivate them one by one until you find the evil plugin.

Hmm, try re-upgrading (re-installing as if you were upgrading)
