AWFUL SUPPORT–LEFT TO FEND URSELF

8 days ago rank math updated its plugin which now doesn’t display any thumbnail or any intro text when shared to facebook. All it does is display my root domain URL twice. Doesn’t even display the blog post shared URL.
I reached out to my hosting company who said everything works just fine when they temporarily disable the RankMath plugin.
I reached out to RankMath Facebook group and searched previous posts to see if my problem had already been previously solved.
After not finding a previous fb group post on the rankmath support page I attempted to make a post seeking support and aid. My post was not approved for publication on the Rank math support page. Instead I was directed by the rankmath fb group support page to open a ticket.
Which I did five days ago. The first response by rankmath support on this ticket was to install a caching plugin to solve the problem. I already have the pro version (paid version) of WP rocket, Asset Clean Up Page Speed Booster, AutoOptimize Critical CSS. My hosting company also runs through cloudflare CDN just like every other reputable hosting company out there. And of course Jetpack is also installed. So thanks for the suggestion, but completely irrelevant to my support ticket.
After realizing that wasn’t my issue RankMath support suggest it was a curl28 timeout issue, and to contact my hosting company because and I quote, “problem happens due to server settings.”
Recontacted my hosting company with copy and pasted RankMath Support ticket response that included link to 28 url timeout article and various other hints of attempted troubleshooting on their part.
This is what my hosting company said in regards to nginx web server and 28curl timeout suggestions to fix.
It is definitely plugin related. Yes we use nginX. However if we temporarily disable your plugins the error goes away.
Please note there are no error logs relating to this request because something within the plugin is actually causing the curl block. The fact your plugin developer sent that link shows he isn’t sure how to fix it, so I’d suggest if you don’t need the plugin you remove it entirely.

It has been 3 days now with no response from Rank Math Support.
So I am left to go find some freelancer coder to fix this issue for Rank Math at my expense, or just uninstall it and install Yoast. I am choosing to uninstall and install its competitor because atleast Yoast attempts to help website owners who have issues with their products.
Its unfortunate that Rank Math puts this little effort into solving issues with their product. I had already switched from Yoast to Rank Math over a year ago because Rank Math shows promise and potential to being more beneficial and functional than Yoast, but if there is no help when it breaks than it doesn’t matter how good it was when it becomes uselessly ineffective!!!!
