The plug-in prevents the connection of external software

  • Hello friends!

    My problem is that itheme security pro don’t allow access for connection with an mechandise management software. I use a connector plugin to transfer order information to an external software and the acess for the connection link get denied by security reasons.

    This is the error message:

    > 403 Error Message
    > Software needs access to a specific link, but this access gets denied.

    (When security pro is disabled we get a 200 massage and everything works well)

    My question is:

    What module in ithemes security pro do I need to disable to fix the problem? Or how can I tell ithemes security pro to allow the connection with the connector plugin?

    I hope someone can help me with that.
