Only HTML Code is displayed insteaf of template

    Hi bro,
    i installed free version of the plugin.

    And i chose prebuilt template for MAIL2 for contact form
    But template is not showing up on the mail.

    Rather its showing as html code in the mail instead of template.
    May i know why please?

    Also how can i edit prebuilt templates in free version plugin?

    Hello @acobsam

    The template will not show, it will only show the HTML code as Contact Form 7 itself requires the code to send an email.

    how can I edit prebuilt templates in the free version plugin?
    You can do the changes in the HTML code of the template and save the form. The updated template will be sent to users/admin.
