How to hide other shipment rates?

    basically I have 3 shipping methods:
    – Flat rate
    – Urgent
    – Free if you buy more than 75usd

    It shows the 3rd option if you meet the conditions, but I would like to hide the others and have that one selcted by default.

    Is that possible?
