    Hi,
I have enabled Login Redirection addon.
When a new member paid for the membership, he clicked the registration link in the email.sent by the SWPM. After registration was completed, the message “Registration is complete. You can now log into the site.” displayed on the same registration page replacing the registration form. Now he clicked the login link and login. The page displayed now was the registration form again.

I understand it is caused by the Login Redirection addon which when enable would return user to a page prior loggin. But for a new member just completed the registration and logins for the first time, the Login Redirection should not take effect.

Other than disabling the addon, is there a way to achieve that?

    Thanks

Unfortunately at present, there is no option.

    Thank you

Would the developers be interested in coding some logic into the addon or the plugin itself as an improvement in future update? This will further advance the ratings.

Hi, I have submitted a message to the developers to investigate further your request.

There is already proper logic in there to achieve a normal operation. You are most likely trying to set something up that is confusing the addon. Some people try to setup a complicated flow of login and registration process which is not going to work for this plugin (since we only cater for simple setup with this one).

I am going to suggest one thing to see if that works better for you. Enable the auto login after registration feature. That will make the user log into the site after the registration is complete. In turn, that will trigger the after login redirection (setup for that level). So the registration flow will be like this:

    1) Visitor goes to the registration page
    2) fills in the registration form
    3) When the user submits the form, the account will get created, the user will get logged in and sent to the after login page (for that membership level).

    Hi @wpinsider-1,
After I got the first reply, I dug into the settings to find a workaround. I found it and is what you suggested. It is not ideal but it works around the issue.
    Thanks for taking the time.
