No screen and sound when Join Via Web Browser

    Hi,
    I had try your free version of Video Conferencing with Zoom, and i willing to purchase the pro verison, but i found that when user join via web browser it not showing any screen and cant hear any sound. can this issue fix in pro version?

  • I’m using pro but the same issue on my client website. When I clicked on join via browser page open with the black screen. I found some error in chrome
