Hello, I have encountered an issue with UM links and buttons not displaying as my default language. My website is currently active in 2 languages, English as my default, and French as my second language. The plugins I used to translate my website are Polylang and Translate press. I quickly noticed after installing “TranslatePress” that my buttons were no longer in English. When I deactivate TP, UM buttons return to normal. The issue is that I need TranslatePress active for my french site. Below, you will find an example of my issue.

Notice, how some of the content shown in the screencap is French while the rest is in English. Note, that I am also on the English version of my site.

I included a screenshot of my settings to show that my buttons are supposed to be displayed in English instead of french.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  • Hello,

We deeply apologize for the delayed response.
There has been a great load on our support team in the past few days, but such a long reply time is very uncommon.

As this seems to need further investigation my suggestion would be to create a ticket at:
    https://translatepress.com/support/ask-a-presale-question/

P.S — Please mention this link so me or my colleagues will know what we already tried and didn’t work.

    Kind regards,
