Aggregator is posting RSS entries out of order

The Shadow Scholar Syndicate links list on the front page (top right) is pulling out of order from https://shadow-scholar-syndicate.blogspot.com/ . Any idea how to fix? I’ve tried using the setting for use in order of import and for use in order published, neither works.
