I can say that the developer was concerned about finding a solution, and that is a very positive thing. The conclusion is that this plugin is not what I was looking for (that probably does not exist) but it is obviously good for other situations. I can’t put a rating based on something I’m not testing in the environment it was created for.

Sorry to hear you’re having trouble.

Unfortunately, I haven’t seen any questions from you in the support forum so I don’t even know what trouble you are having. If there are issues you had, it would be helpful to seek out support first so those can be addressed. If they are configuration issues, I can direct you to relevant documentation, and if they are actual bugs, I’d like to know so they can be fixed.

Thanks for your interest in my review.

What does not work is the membership expiration.

I looked for a solution in Documentation > Membership Products > Membership Properties > Expires without success. The solution is not there. Then I looked for some support, and found that you have to pay for support. Then I understood what happens. You install the plugin, it doesn’t work, so you have to pay for it to work.

The strange thing is that it worked for 2 days, I was happy, I already granted permissions to users, and when they were going to use it, it stopped working. The expiration option no longer works. Which is a serious problem. Now, I have to activate and deactivate memberships manually. Imagine!!!

I made sure to follow the prompts, but obviously something I’m doing wrong and it’s not specified in the documentation.

What bothers me, is not even that you have to pay, it bothers me that it is offered as free and that since it does not work, that is, when the damage of changing the application could be worse, I am obliged to pay for something that initially it was free.

And, not in my language. So, double work for me, to find where to express the problem, being that there is no support section.

Instead, what was at hand, was the request to review the plugin, and that’s what I did.

I’m so sorry that it’s not the right place.

    Regards.

You seem to be using WordPress and its plugins with no understanding of how plugin support works and with no attempt to rectify your ignorance. Perhaps you should do some research before you next fire off your flame thrower.

For the record, Chad is one of the most responsive plugin authors in the community, whether you pay for support or not.

You should let the developer answer, and like he said direct me to the proper channel. When that happens, I will change my opinion, not because of your insults, which by the way are totally inappropriate.

Kudos to Chad always! The BEST! And worth every penny for premium version!

“Ask” and Chad shall give you the solution. “Seek” and Chad shall help you find. “Knock” and Chad will open the answer door for you.

Good! That will be a great thing.
I will only buy a premium version when this one works for my project.
