unsuccessful checkout/cart additions

    Hello, I seem to be having an issue with customers trying to purchase/checkout on my site. Earlier this month a customer contacted me and said that anytime they tried to add to cart it would be empty or redirect them to the home page. Since other customers checked out fine i assumed maybe they were doing something wrong but today another customer had the same issue and probably a lot more that didn’t contact us. after some time the issue went away. Im not sure whats causing this and anytime i test the cart/checkout myself everything works fine. any help would be appreciated.

    Hi there,

    The intermittent nature of this makes it difficult to troubleshoot. Are you using any caching plugins? Were the customers logged-in/out at the time of purchase? Is this happening for specific products only? can you share a copy of your status report as found under **WooCommerce > Status**?

    Hi @justin007h. I can see that you have several caching plugins installed on the site as well as on the server. Please make sure that you are exempting the Cart, Checkout and My Account pages from any caching. You will need to set this on your site, and contact your host about server-level caching. We have a guide to help here – https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/configuring-caching-plugins/
