Changing Favicon My Site Identity is missing

    I’m trying to change the favicon on my site, but the My Site Identity is missing. I went to Appearance and customize, and it isn’t there.

    Is there something special I have to do so it will show up. Or is there another way to change the favicon.

    I’m on the newest version of WordPress, and I’m the only user.
