Admin panel is broken

Hey,
I recently installed the plugin for translating strings but my admin panel is completely broken with translations.

I have 4 languages but admin panel is stuck with ukranian, even if i delete the languages folder, admin panel goes english not turkish.

Changing the settings from admin panel is not working.

Please help.
