    Hi, is it possible for the “shipped” emails (that sends them the tracking number) NOT to have an attached invoice? Wondering if this is something that can be disabled.

    Hi @gediweb,

    We are not sending the ‘shipped(completed)’ order emails. We just add tracking information in it. We can’t disabled invoices in shipped emails.

    This is a second reason why I can’t use your product for my B2B client.

    The invoice does not exist when YOU trigger the sending of “Order Complete” when the shipping is complete. Why you ask? Because when you are shipping things that sometimes weigh hundreds of pounds, you have to wait for the shipper to provide the final shipping cost.
