    PMPro looks to be an excellent plugin, but I just can’t understand why the ability to add extra fields has to be done in such a difficult way. Most users will have different field requirements for their organisation, so why not provide this functionality within the core plugin? A lot of people aren’t coders, me included, and this just puts me off completely which is a major shame.

    Can you not just include this in the core or create a simple add-on that enables extra fields to be added in the WP admin UI?

    We currently require the Register Helper Add On (free download on www.ads-software.com) and it does require a bit of coding knowledge (copy, paste and replace values in order to get working).

    Our plans are to improve this greatly and make it even easier for non-developers with a drag and drop system. This is on our ‘radars’ for 2021 but I cannot guarantee this will be released during this period.

    For the time being, please have a look at our download page for this Add On which includes video tutorials, code examples, and a starter plugin that is ready to install and change the values.

    I can’t agree more with @dougdavis22, spending the past two days on this trying to add some functionality is just insane (unless you’re a developer). Thank you @ipokkel for confirming that this is on the road map.
