No products are syncing

Hello,
There is no more background processing error on the site but it appears that no products are syncing from Square to Woocommerce.
We get a message saying Your products are being imported in the background! This may take some time to complete. The message disappears after some time but there are no products synced.
Is anyone can help us on our issue? We are about to launch the website this week and we would appreciate some help asap.
