• Hi there,

    After the update, we are randomly having timeout errors when Campaign Monitor sends requests to api.createsend.com, which prevents the transactions on checkout. During WP user profile update the action is triggered and the Campain Monitor plugin is hooked to it makeing a CURL call.

    Can you please check and fix the issue?

    FTR, it is not resolved after the update.

    The waiting time is increased from 20000 to 450000 milliseconds but it still goes timeout most of the time.

    We’ve disabled the integration with Campaign Monitor until it is resolved.

    Would appreciate some information on the progress and if it will be resolved anytime soon.

    Thank you for your report and sorry for the continued problems here. Our engineers have been working on this and the update was made to attempt to find a stop gap solution. I’m sorry that isn’t working for you.

    So that we can continue to investigate, it would be best if we could look at your specific Campaign Monitor account and the logs of requests.

    Rather than revealing details of your account here, can you submit a support request at https://help.campaignmonitor.com/ and provide your account details and any error logs from your side. We can then look in detail at the issue.
