WooCommerce Subscription without registration before checkout
-
An unregistered new customer should pay for a service in two installments.
After adding the services to the shopping cart, the customer should be directed to the checkout page.
There he enters his address data and should be (automatically) created as a subscriber at WordPress/WooCommerce.
However, the checkout page indicates that the customer must first register with WordPress/Woocommerce.
In the documentation under Role settings I understood that a user has to create an account:
“A user must create an account when signing up for a subscription, regardless of whether it’s required in WooCommerce. This is because subscriptions persist beyond a transaction and must be associated with a user account.
This should happen in parallel or after the checkout process, but not before. I also want to avoid that the customer has to enter the data twice.
How can I make sure that the customer does not get the message “You must be logged in to pay”, but the normal checkout page from WooCommerce?
Many thanks for help
