Plugin Not Working Probably

  • This product may seen like it could be a great product but its not working correctly. This is issues with widget it doesn’t appear on my website. The backend Tire Specification section want save the text input unless you have input information into the Wheel Specification section. Could TyresAddict help me out with this problem. I would love to replace my existing tire search widget with this one.

    Hello!

    You write about two problems and one – is not about Tyre Filter: we make an option for separate wheels and tyres from other products and one from one, you can find this option in Custom Metadata options and when you create Filter widget. This is works by categories.
    You can try to check our tutorial on our .b2b site. So:
    – if you don’t see filter, check Filter working category in Widgets>Filter widget settings. You can setup it on tyres category and disable in other categories. You will NOT see Filter in other categories and it will not work. It made for correct work of product filter with other yours product filters
    – If you see Tyre spec and Wheel spec for ONE product, you
    a) not correctly setup Custom Metadata plugin by categories, check Metadata options
    b) do not set right category for product, check it too.
    If all right, you should see only one custom fields section for corresponding product.
