How do I remove settings and data on uninstall?

Generally, you can remove settings by checking the “Reset section settings” checkbox in plugin settings (this will delete plugin settings from your DB). You will need to do it separately for each settings section though. However, to be honest, I don’t think it will help. First thing that comes to mind – did you set any values in “Advanced: Manual Min Amount” settings section (in “WooCommerce > Settings > Amount Left for Free Shipping > General”)? If you did – please try removing it (i.e. set it zero).

I wish I did but no. When I’m logged in as admin the amount is correct, but when I open the website in incognito, it is the previous amount, I double-checked my woocommerce settings and this plugin’s settings.

Ok, let’s try to figure it out. So when you are opening it in an incognito window, then WooCommerce is using “Default customer location” option (in “WooCommerce > Settings > General”) to get customer’s location for the shipping. What value have you set there? Also – how many shipping zones have you set? Do you have “free shipping” method in “Locations not covered by your other zones” shipping zone?

Yikes. You’re right in my “Locations not covered by your other zones”, I enabled a higher minimum amount. Why have I missed that one. I didn’t remember me putting it there. Anyways, thanks guys. Awesome.
