How to Force Trailing slashes on all URLS?

I am trying to force trailing slashes on all the URLs on my site. While currently through natural navigation all URLs end in
"/". I would like for it to function similar to this site so that even if the trailing slash is manually removed it reappears automatically when the page re-loadsCurrently, in Settings > Permalinks my permalink settings are
Post Name
https://domain.com/sample-post/
(or Custom Structurehttps://domain.com/%postname%/, but on Saving Changes it just goes back to Post Name )I also have Yoast and saw this https://www.wpcraze.com/enable-disable-trailing-slashes/ but my SEO plugin doesn’t have the Enforce a trailing slash on all category and tag URL’s option.
Is there a way to force this?

To anyone who runs to this in the future and finds this post.
Besides having it set in Settings > Permalink as described in the original post
I needed to have it setup in Tools > Permalink Manager
In my case, I had Trailing Slashes set to Add Trailing Spaces, but I also needed to have Trailing Slashes Redirect turned on.
