Nicole is using our PRO plugin and you are using Free plugin version. Hence, your issue is different than our client’s @deliciousbuds issue.
Regarding the bug you are facing,
I understand that it may be the bug in the plugin but we will have to troubleshoot this on your website only. As it seems it’s your site-specific issue.
Can I please request you create the ticket on our support tool with some necessary login information?
There could be one more reason too that any plugin or theme of your site can conflict with our plugin. So, could you try to deactivate all the plugins except WooCommerce and the Order Delivery Date Plugin for WooCommerce and switch the theme to WordPress default one?
Please check if the issue is fixed. If yes, then you can start activating the plugins one by one and see which plugin is conflicting with our plugin.
