PROBLEM WITH VISIT COUNTER

Hello, I have the following problem, the visit counter is not working, neither in the list of listing, nor within the listing.

In the configuration it is activated, we already tried to clear the cache and the view count still does not work.

Even in the wordpress statistics, the views per listing add up normally, but within the plugin they do not increase, and they always remain at 1 or 0.
