no “Add categories” button – FEEDZY RSS Feeds Lite

You are in the wrong sub-menu item. Please check your screenshot – you should be in the categories menu not in the import posts menu.

Please disable all other plugins to see why this is a problem. Please check your user role as well – you must be at least an editor to have this capability.

Hi @rozroz, thank you I’m the sole admin of websites I create.

Actually I already tried to find out the plugin conflicts and ran the “Plugin Detective” plugin as well (usually it can find out conflicts). Still cannot figure out the way to make Feedzy work…

I’ve tried another one called “WP RSS aggregator” and it did work.
Not sure why WP RSS aggregator worked and Feedzy doesn’t.

I’d love to try Feedzy instead though.

Not having the add categories button does not make feedzy not work. Feedzy works without that as well, if you want to give it a try. There is obviously a conflict because of some other component and unless you deactivate each plugin to find out the conflicting one, we may not be able to help you solve the problem.
