Poor Support

  • I often see reviews that are one star and the author complains that the reviewer never raised a support question before giving one star. Well, I raised a question, received a standard answer which did not address my query and despite asking again a number of times the author ignores me.

    This is a popular plugin and it works well but clearly the support has failed to meet my hopes. I know authors are not obliged to give help or assistance but it would be nice and won’t encourage me to go Pro or indeed buy anything that this author promotes.
