search existing product with no result

  • Hi, when I try to search and add product into the bundle, there is nothing showingup on the result, i am wondering how should I add existing products into the bundle if the search doesn’t work . thanks

    Hi @freelylw ,

    Are the products you’re searching for variable or of which product type? If they are variable products/ variations, you can’t search for or add them to smart bundles in the free version. It’s possible when you use the Premium version only.

    If you’re using the Premium version but can’t search for variable products, kindly contact our developers via this page for their help.

    Hi, we are selling clothes, all product are variable product which has different size , so you means the free version doesn’t work with our situation at all ?

    btw, I see the paid version on your website, for the $29 $59.., are they oneoff price or yearly price ? Thanks

    The $29 license is for single site, $59 for 5 sites and $99 unlimited sites. You can choose based on your needs. All payment is permanent, you only need to pay once and it will last for a lifetime.
