We are using gravityforms in the popup.

I have made an update to the form, but it does not show on the new update on the front end.

I have cleared everything, cache, cookies, all local storage and I’m also using Incognito. I’ve never seen such a extraordinarily persistent “cache like” issue like this before, when trying to view updates.

Hello @wordpressrun – thanks for writing in and we apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you.

To clarify, the popup is displaying on the Frontend but it is not updating with the latest changes that you have made. Do I understand it correctly?

If yes, then, you may want to reach out to your host and ask them to clear/purge all server-side cache and check it again if that helps you with your problem.

?Or, if your website is using any CDN or Cloudflare, then try to disable the cache temporarily to see if that makes any difference.?

    Hope this goes well.

If that helps, then we would very much appreciate it if you could quickly?rate the plugin, just to help us spread the word.

Otherwise, for us to assist you further with your issue, you will need to escalate it directly to our HelpScout support desk. Check out this link:?https://wppopupmaker.com/support/?Thank you.

It think you are right, it was serverside caching. Thank you.
